Stronger Together

Support for parents. A strong start for families.

Home Visiting is a family support program that helps parents build confidence, strengthen routines, and support healthy child development. Visits are personalized and can happen in the home or another comfortable place. PCAU home visitors offer guidance, encouragement, and practical help that fits real life.

This program is designed to support you in what you are already doing well, while offering extra tools, reassurance, and connection along the way.

Home Visiting is always voluntary. Families choose the support that feels helpful, and they can step away from the program at any time if their needs or circumstances change.

How It Works

Simple support, built around each family.
  • Reach Out: A parent or referring partner takes the first step.
  • Get connected:
A friendly, qualified home visitor will reach out to get to know you, answer questions, and help you decide if this support feels right for you.

  • Meet in a comfortable setting:
Visits happen where you feel most comfortable, at home or another place you choose.

  • Receive personalized support:
Get encouragement, parenting ideas, child development guidance, and connections to helpful resources.

  • Keep moving forward:
Over time, families build confidence, stability, and tools that support you and your families goals.

What support can look like

Support can look like finding new ways to connect with your child, building routines that make daily life easier, or having someone to talk through questions and decisions.
Home Visiting brings steady encouragement, practical help, and trusted support into the parenting journey so families can feel more hopeful, more capable, and more connected.
"They don't come to judge, they don't come to correct you, they come to help you. The program helped me know that I'm OK where I am as a parent."
